Gosh, did you guys happen to record it so those of us who missed the chance to hear this live could have listened?

Yes, we did, but you really don’t want to hear our recording: the sound quality was unimpressive, and the connection was too flaky for a reliable recording.
The good news is that a full recording should become available through the Wikimania 2007 website soon.
