[...] Brion Vibber. L’information technique de la semaine est le départ de Brion Vibber de la Wikimedia Foundation, où il occupait le poste de Chief Technical Officer. Il a récemment manifesté le souhait de se concentrer sur le développement logiciel. Brion va rejoindre StatusNet, Inc. en tant que chef développeur de StatusNet (anciennement Laconica), le logiciel de microblogging libre sur lequel repose identi.ca (comme Twitter, mais en libre, et en mieux). Il continuera à travailler un jour par semaine pour la Wikimedia Foundation jusqu’en décembre, afin d’assurer une transition en douceur.
